1. INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to MINNAT GLOBAL EXIM. These Terms and Condition (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including custom garment manufacturing for Men’s Wear, Women’s Wear and Kids Wear. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. COMPANY OVERVIEW:

MINNAT GLOBAL EXIM is a garment manufacturing company based in New Delhi, India. We specialize in creating high-quality, customized clothing for businesses, start-ups, and private labels. We provide OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services.

3. CUSTOMERS/ BUYERS ORDER POLICY:

3.1 ORDER REQUIREMENTS:

All custom orders must include clear specifications related to:

Product Type (E.G., Shirts, Pants, Dresses, Kids wear)
Fabric Selection
Color Options
Size Charts
Logo Placement (If Any)
Embroidery Or Printing Instructions
Packaging Requirements

3.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Orders are confirmed only upon:
Receipt of all design and production details in writing.
Approval of the sample (if applicable).
Receipt of advance payment.

3.3 Production Timelines:

Production timelines will be communicated after order confirmation. Typical production time ranges between 55–60 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

4. GARMENT PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS POLICY:

4.1 GARMENTS PRICE QUOTATION:

All prices are quoted based on the provided specifications and current raw material costs. Prices may vary if specifications or market conditions change.

4.2 PAYMENT TERMS POLICY:

There are two types of payment terms policy 50% and 80% advance payment:

50% ADVANCE PAYMENT TERMS POLICY:

1. In this case of all types of fabrics, trims, & packing materials will be given by the buyer for the making of garments.

2. The payment 50% advance for production & rest of 50% payment received before shipment ready should be given by the buyer.

3. All shipments will remain on hold until the full and final payment is received from the buyer.

4. After receiving all types of fabrics, trims & packing materials from the buyer. The production time is 55 to 60 working days. And if the garment stuck in finishing the time will be extended. Then 6 to 7 working days for garment finishing grace period.

5. In case of buyer delay any type of fabrics, trims & packing materials. The production time will be extended.

6. Once you make the payment, your work starts, in such a case the factory will not refund your payment and you will have to pay for the entire order. You will have to take your goods.

7. Your garment will be made within the measurement and tolerance. The quantity or ratio of your garment can be +/- depending on the average.

8. All goods will be inspected and checked by your representative.

9. All your goods will be delivered between Mondays to Friday working days. Goods will not be delivered on Saturday and Sunday.

10. You will have to make the delivery payment for your goods yourself, in such a case the factory will not make the payment for your goods.

11. Knowledge of any minor alteration in garment. Should be given to us in next day of delivery.

12. After washing of garments we are not responsible for any complaint.

13. Once goods will be delivered to buyer. We are not responsible for any complaint.

14. All dispute subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

80% ADVANCE PAYMENT TERMS POLICY:

1. In this case all types of fabrics, trims and packing materials will be given by the factory for the making of garment.

2. The payment 80% advance for fabric, trims and productions of garment and rest of 20% payment received before shipment ready should be given by the buyer.

3. All shipments will remain on hold until the full and final payment is received from the buyer.

4. After receiving all type of fabric, trims and packing materials from our vendors or suppliers. The productions time is 55 to 60 working days and if the garment stuck in finishing the time will be extended. Then 6 to 7 working days for garment finishing grace period.

5. In case of delay any type of fabric, trims and packing materials from our vendor or suppliers. The production time will be extended.
